Really? Really? There are many times, when discussing subsidized housing, "racist" expressways, and many other topics. Sometimes I will use an off topic to better explain my comment. Funny that you love it because then you reply to that instead of actually responding to the issue at hand.

No, I usually say it is off topic. I’m still not understanding how I made things personal when discussing those topics. By the way, the “racist” highway statement is from an article, not my words.

Anyway, now you know a little bit about Mr. Vara and perhaps you found out something new about someone/some things that go on in your area.
