Hi! My hubby and I will move to Rochester, early this year, and his boss suggested Country Manor to us. He said its the nearest apartment complex to their office.

I have a few questions, I hope you guys can help me

1. Husband is a software developer, may I ask for the salary range at rochester or webster? Will it be good enough for a family of 3? We're hoping to have our first baby by the end of the year.

2. We're coming from Asia and we need to shop as soon as we get there for our basic stuff like beddings, towels, cookware -is there a walking distance mall or store from country manor where we can buy?

3. Any reviews about Country Manor? Tips and suggestions will be greatly accepted.

Thanks everyone!

According to this: Occupational Wages - New York State Department of Labor

It appears that you should be fine, especially if he has experience.
Software Developers, Applications 2,450 $78,190 $78,180 $51,690 $91,440

Software Developers, Systems Software 2,050 $89,650 $87,310 $62,050 $103,460
Those numbers show the employment, then wages by Mean and Median, as well as Entry and Experienced levels for the area/region.

Hi, I'm confused about your first question. It sounds like your husband already has a job and a boss and I would presume he has a salary. How would it help to know about the salary range in the area unless he's going to be looking for another job? Maybe a better question is something like "my husband earns $75K (or whatever), is that enough for a family of three in Rochester or Webster?"

Well, hopefully the information provided will give an idea as to what the market is in that regard.
