From the D & C article: "The real estate market in the town of Pittsford remains strong, according to the latest weekly data reported by the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors.
There have been 424 homes sold in Pittsford this year through the week ending Nov. 26. That's a 15% increase from last year when 368 sales had been completed by this point in the year.
The median sales price in Pittsford during 2021 is $407,500, up 18.5% from the same point last year. It was $350,000 in 2020 and $300,000 in 2019.
Sales volumes remain high across Monroe County, with 7,903 homes sold so far this year, an increase of 5% compared to the same time last year.
Median sales prices also continue to rise. Countywide, the median sales price in 2021 is $192,000, up 12.9% compared to the same time last year."

Keep in mind that this is one of the more affluent towns Upstate, if not THE most affluent in terms of median household income.
