So Ive been down to high falls a couple of times. Its done up pretty good and a few restaurants are down there. Are they trying to make it a destination for people to eat and drink? With the view from the falls, it really makes it nice. I tried to Google it, not much there.

If anyone doesnt know where it is, if you look at the front of Kodak tower, take a right at any side street and go toward the river.

They tried and failed. Partly due to the fact that there are other entertainment districts within walking distance to people's houses(east end, monroe). The demographic they were looking for would have to drive in there. There were a few successful clubs in that area, but were poorly run and closed down. Some of these places had bad management and broke several laws.
They are re-doing the area and putting in more residential units. There will be restaurants, offices and condos. Some think that will be more successful.

Ah, looks like it has some potential too. Close to the river, view of the falls, everything is close nit with limited driving access. This could be a great area if it had some business.
