Hi,,,lots of ice here, near Centalia,IL.....Now more snow today,sat, to add to the beauty for some, hazards for animals, trees and birds.....
Visited Washington County Lake recently, and walked upon a large Eagle which gave me a real birds eye closeup when he took off.....lots of geese and ducks,on the lake and one hawk in town, checking out some bread crates, looking for a mouse I suppose.....
Studying geneaology and the mason dixon line as a way my ancestor came to illinois from tennessee,,,,,the 98 mile train ride from cairo to ashley,iL paid for by the govt...for refugees of the war.....thanks for reading...hats
