Try online networking starting with LinkedIn, and also professional RN groups you may be interested in.. Foe example, American association of OR nurses, case managers associations..etc. Check out nursing magazines for ideas.

Your best bets may be the Departments of Corrections and Rehabilitation and State Hospitals. They always seem to be hiring so long as you become licensed in California. I'd also check with the State Veterans Homes.
