Dont think there is much of a Jewish lifestyle in Roseville/Rocklin or Orangeville for that matter. Reform temples-yes, plenty of them in these other areas. The Arden district is really the best bet. Not only does this area have an Orthodox Temple-Chabad (which by the way is very open to non-Orthodox Jews), there is also a Modern Orthodox Temple-KI (although most who attend I think are more on Reform/conservative side, and it also has a Conservative Temple and 2 Jewish day schools. There is also a Savemart within this district that hold alot of kosher food! Really cant go wrong with this area. I live some 2 hours away-if I was able to sell I would move here!

Davis has an active reform congregation, Bet Haverim (Congregation Bet Haverim).

I imagine that is open to interpretation. I'd recommend living near a tasty deli.
