Hello,
We are considering moving to Roseville and wanted to know what the commute times were like for driving FROM Roseville TO Sacramento.
I searched the Forum but oddly, I see alot of post regarding commuting from Sac to Roseville, which I gather would be going "opposite" traffic.

So, what's it like commuting FROM Roseville TO Sacramento?
Please share what this commute is like for you, I would imagine the earlier the commute times the less congested it is, or does it even matter?
Any advice, information would be greatly appreciated!

Going from Roseville to Sacramento for work is going "with" traffic, i.e., the slow way. Earlier is less congested. Generally it's about a half-hour commute, specifics vary as to where in Roseville and where in Sacramento you're trying to get; getting to, say, Watt Avenue near Auburn Boulevard will take far less time than having to drive through downtown Sacramento to South Sac.

Anyone tried the shuttle that takes you downtown from Roseville? I found info on it on another site but there wasn't any info on price or drive time.

Traffic on 80 is bad. Both Roseville and Sacramento are job centers, so you have a lot of people coming and going in both directions. I would guess commute times from Roseville to Sacramento during rush hour are going to be 45 to an hour. If you leave before 7 or after 8:30, you could probably do it in a lot less time. In the after noon. If you can leave before 4:30 or after 6, again you will miss a lot of the worst of it.

I live in Natomas and when I want to get out Roseville, I tend to take Elkhorn Blvd to Watt and jog over to Baseline and take that into Roseville. That works better if you were going to Natomas than Sacramento. But the commute from Roseville into Sac is just unpleasant.
