Greetings,

My husband, two kids, and I are relocating to the greater Sacramento area in a few months and we are very excited! There are so many choices when it comes to new homes here in Roseville.

I particularly like the Fiddyment Farm community. My choices in Fiddyment Farm would be a Morrison Home - The Orchards - Pistachio Model or Shea Homes - Shadow Creek - Maple Model.
My husband and I can't decide between the two since we like them both.
Please let me know which direction you would go and why. Any other suggestions of new homes in the Fiddyment Farm community would be great.

Don't forget WestPark too -- the adjacent community just to the south. There are quite a few of us WestPark residents here on this forum.

Thank you quasi888. I will note of that and check out WestPark the next time I am in town.

We also have two kids and recently moved into the Pistachio model and just love it! We looked at a few of the other builders and their models in the area and decided that the floorplan was ideal for our situation. The Shea homes were nice too but just didn't click with us.

If you choose to go with Morrison note that the building crews are great, my husband was in construction for quite a few years and was impressed by the quality of work that went into the house. Also the very few problems we have had have been promptly taken care of.

Good Luck in your search!
