I have white vinyl from Western Fence. Installed in 2005 and looks great. The more expensive version has the mid-level horizontal piece which makes it more stable than just the top and bottom of rails. I was happy with their service.

I used Best Vinyl a few years ago and I was very happy with them. The price was good and they did a great job. They worked fast and were there when they said they would be.

I called both of these companies early today, and have yet to hear back. Not surprised, seems to be the general attitude of many in SLC we are finding.
