Isn't Pepperwood a subdivision? Anyway, Millcreek Township isn't really on the bench, East Millcreek picks up where Millcreek leaves off around 13th East.

Well, it is a subdivision, but a gated community where most houses start at $1 million and go up, seems to be a very exclusive area, subdivision or not.

Pepperwood is in Sandy, but it's a gated community with actual people guarding the entries. There are homes under 1M, but they will require extensive remodeling to be competitive.

There are also other communities east of Wasatch Boulevard that are equally as exclusive.

I picked the avenues, as I think it would include my vote: Federal Heights. Also, if you go WAY back up into the avenues, you hit private gated roads, beyond which lie Karl Malone's former estate and other ritzy estates. Check it out on google earth.
