My husband and I will be relocating to SLC once our house in Atlanta sells. We plan to rent a house for the first 6-12 months while we house shop. We have a fairly wide area that we are looking at: Sugarhouse, Millcreek, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, and as far north as the Avenues. We will consider other areas if needed, but those are definitely our preferred areas. Our challenge will be that we have 4 dogs (all around 50 lbs). If anyone has any recommendations on dog-friendly rental homes please let me know! We are not looking at apartments, condos, or townhomes. I've been searching Craigslist, Zillow, rental section of the Salt Lake Tribune, etc... but don't know if there are better local resources for finding rental homes.

American Homes for Rent - AH4R.com - They are a little on the expensive side but the homes are nice and maintenance requests/response is stellar.
