ha! good luck with that. Family gave up trying to send me flowers when I was living on Lackland because the drivers could never get on base. Ironically they always "forgot" their driver's licenses that day and for some strange reason (wink, wink) had no other ID or proof of residency. I would have to drive off base to pick up my own darn flowers every time.

Been here three years and still looking for a good florist... so I hope this thread will get us suggestions. My friend ordered a flower bouquet/candy for me from IL (she went through FTD) and what was delivered to me was pathetic. It's like they decided that since she would never see the items, they could skimp and cheat her. We've also used 1-800 FLOWERS and were not impressed at all. Hubby has used HEB for me twice and both times, they gave me a chipped vase/planter.
