Wow, that's a lot of suburban development.

This information is fabulous - would also like more detailed locations. Any projected completion dates on these all along the north side? Love the idea of Alon Town Center at NW Military & Wurzbach...

all very nice...only thing i find unfortunate is the mixed use complex...this would be a great time to consolidate all those into a nice office building or more condos downtown....my opinion only

New development I just found
Eisenhauer Plaza- 5029 Eisenhauer RD at Midcrown just East of I-35 and south of Walzem. Even though it's a strip center the design is really nice, and a change from the 70's chic of the surrounding area.

If you would look at the post it's more than just a shell station. Also it's the first new development in the area in 20 years and it better than the concrete bunker look of the surrounding retail strips. oh and if you have nothing constructive to say, why post at all?

I was out on the far west side today. I noticed the area south of Wiseman and west of 1604 is getting cleared some. Not the usual land rape (yet) quite a few trees left. (West Pointe East) Also noticed something off of Talley rd north of West Creek west of Talley. Streets are in, no buildings yet. I didn't see construction trailers. Lots of street names with Gordon in them. (Gordons Grove) Financed by Wachovia was the only signage visible. The road into Stevens Ranch is progressing. I see they are beginning to build a bridge over a creek. Just random notes here explaining what I've seen today. Anyone know what the who is building in these areas? I learned the names of the developments from one of the maps in this thread (thank you Insomniac) I am curious, looking for a home in the area.
