Will Vance Jackson from the Rim be development up to 1604?

If so will a bridge be built to connect both sides of Vance Jackson over 1604?

I would think so. To be sure ask Insomniac, he posted that image in another thread so he might know a lot more about it.

they are available, but right now these parts of town on average tend to have more disposable income

Any word on this project? Its really a hassle to go down the access road and take the turn around, It looks like they have the all set up for a bridge, as there is no curb preventing you from driving straight accross

I did see on KSAT a few months ago that there was funding for the bridge over 1604 to be constructed, but I can't remember the timeframe they said it would happen.
