The splurging: The giving back: for rent so low-income individuals will have nice clothing to use for job interviews, resume services (jobs tips, placement services etc), and other basic necessities that people in need would benefit from.rent them out to individuals so that I have residual money coming in.

I would pay off our house and cars... Set up college/trust funds for our kiddos... Have my husband quit his part-time job... Make sure both sets of parents are okay... Plan for annual family vacations to places that I have always wanted to take the kids to, The Grand Canyon, Washington DC, Niagra Falls, Yellowstone National Park, Redwood National Park, anywhere we could see The Northern Lights... Have our backyard professionally landscaped...
