Excited here, thanks to snagging two courtside seats for this season. If my feet weren't touching the wood, I probably wouldn't be as interested in hauling my cookies all the way to the AT&T.

Honestly, they're gonna blow. 6 to 8 seed and out round one again. The younger teams will really benefit from this shortened season over the older. If the spurs have anything going for them, it'll be their chemistry.

MOD Note:

Back to topic, folks - the Spurs team and basketball.

For those too new to have seen it - and for those that seem to have forgotten - the other was discussed to death in this old thread --

Spurs GM claims low blood sugar caused loss of consciousness and DWI charge.

-- where your posts have been moved to since it still can be discussed there!

However it is not up for any further discussion in this thread.

As I stated before, the Spurs organization is filled full of childish, self-centered and overpaid athletes who will abandon this town in a heartbeat if offered more money by some other franchise.

Sorry, I have no love for them...the full games we've been to have made my wallet feel like it was violently prison-raped!

I can find better ways to part with my money than to give it to any team in the NBA that decided they weren't getting enough money so to hell with their fans, they're gonna not play until they get more!

If we quit blindly throwing away cash on these idiots, maybe they'll learn they actually need the fans to survive!

Man.....just watched the Spurs destroy the Grizzlies. Granted it was the home opener, but the center was packed. Looks like y'alls boycott is really impacting the NBA and the Spurs. Also, if you bought your season tickets your pretty much spent your money so either you go or sit at home in regret. They are only reimbursing you for the missed games. Spurs will thrive and will continue to be a top notch organization within all major league sports. Go Spurs Go!

I dont care if my boycott hurts them or not. I can sleep good at night knowing Im not wasting time or money on a team that will get another first round elimination. Spurs fans are as delusional as Cowboy fans who think they will win Sunday

1999, 2003, 2005, and 2007 all won by the Spurs. Yeah they are pretty lousy. It is called dedication and having pride even when your team is not considered "good" by the so-called media. And if you google articles on pro sports teams from the front office perspective the Spurs are usually always mentioned as running their office like a well oiled machine. And if you are talking Cowboys it is the same thing. Sure they have not been good in a long time, but that does not mean I am going to stop cheering for them. Get some conviction man
