If it's anything like Goliad Rd. It will never be finished :/. We have too many uncompleted road projects in this city.

Does it have to do with drainage and upgrades near Rittiman? That project just completed which included a new bridge over Salado Creek to control flooding. Maybe they are connected in someway.

thankfully i no longer have to take the road in question. it was MURDER on my sedan's suspension but my SUV is like LOL whats this puny crap BUMP BUMP BUMP ahhhh
