Does anyone know what is going up on the intersection of Kyle Seale and Babcock?

It's an apartment complex. A week or so ago I looked up the land owner on BCAD, did some Googling, and found a newspaper article about it. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Edit: Sorry, work just got in the way, hopefully I remember to dig this up later.

That would be Kyle Seale and 1604. The area OP mentioned is much further north.

Turns out it's both single family homes and apartments, with the homes making up the bulk of things.

There's a website on the sign, but I can't remember the actual address.

Per the map posted earlier, it appears Kyle Seale will be extended such that it passes through Babcock, then joins with Heuermann. Interesting.
