What do you think of this?

Personally, I think that decades from now this "green-friendly" period in US history will be seen as a very stupid and embarrassing time.

"Green-friendly" period in US History? I think in decades, our children and grandchildren will wonder why we weren't MORE green.

We reap what we sow.

I will say that some things are greener than others & that focusing on a spider won't help us in the long run.

We'll never make any progress if we allow one single organism to take priority over all of humanity.

Besides, isn't this *Bracken Cave* Spider a little far from home at 151 & 1604?

And we WONDER why this country is in the state it is today....such STUPID decisions based on WHAT????!!?!?!?

This is the "Spotted Owl" of the NW US in the 90's...they decided NOT to cut trees to save the spotted owl....but then when the lightening started forest fires...ALL the critters suffered. Stupid, Stupid, STUPID!

I think that I personally will make it my duty to kill each and every spider I see in hopes that I can single-handidly wipe out the population and we can just move forward.

It's this type of stupid government thinking that bankrupts this country. The Earth was around long before us and it'll be around long after us. A highway will not cause a spider to go extinct. They'll move. If they don't, then it's survival of the fittest. Just like an oil rig will not cause the temperature to rise or fall.

Malaria could have been eradicated years ago, but environmentalists were too concerned with the effect of some chemicals on a few birds. So now humans suffer and die.

This is the world we live in. One run by stupidity.

They took it away...and dissected it () to identify the exact type. I guess the spider never saw it coming!
