What kind of reputation does Tesoro have as a place to work? I'm specifically looking for insight into working at their San Antonio HQ. is it worth exploring a job opportunity there? I'm not unhappy where I am but the job in question sounds intriguing. But I would hate to leave my current company, which has good benefits and some possibility for advancement, for a place where I might be miserable.

Thanks!

i worked for them and they have the worst IT management team! If you like being micro managed then by all means go ahead and work for them.
