I work at the Chase Bank on 3009 (near Wal Mart and directly across from Raising Canes) and tthe lot next to us (between us and SACU) has just broke ground. We have heard that it is a Chick-Fil-A but have no proof. Various Google searches gave no solid results. This is the 6000 block of FM 3009 (Natural Bridge Rd). If you have any info please reply!

I've never been to the area; I just randomly happened to stumble across this question in my free time. I tried searching agendas in your local government and couldn't find anything. Doesn't mean it's not there, though.

If you can't find out before next week you could always try calling your city's Economic Development Corporation. Their number is 210-619-1070. Having an exact address would probably help when you call.
