I think Rustybolt is saying this is an expansion of the existing Microsoft data center as in building #2 for them but I could be mistaken.

Here is the quote from his post.

NO.

Quote:
Microsoft Corp. is building a multimillion-dollar data center next door to its existing 427,000-square-foot facility in Westover Hills — a sign San Antonio once again is seen as an attractive location for this kind of power-intensive, hulking project.

Architectural records filed with the state last week indicate the Redmond, Wash.-based tech giant plans to spend at least $80 million on a new 256,000-square-foot data center at Rogers Road and Wiseman Boulevard, where Microsoft opened a similar facility six years ago
I understand what you are talking about and unless they are building a third location it is not same thing.

Data centers expanding on West Side - San Antonio Express-News

I'm talking about 3900 Rogers rd.

Maybe it is Takata Seat Belts.

Quote:
Bexar County commissioners voted to accept an incentive package application that is worth roughly $390,000 over six years and would allow Takata Seat Belts to expand its manufacturing plant in northwest San Antonio.

Good find.

That is actually closer to Wisman and Westover Hills Blvd but great to know. The Westover Hills area is nearing build out with all these projects.

No that is almost complete and it is a very good looking building.

I found out the property I'm looking at is owned by DHJH properties but this it...

They started to tear down trees and flatten land across the st from Chase on Rogers RD not Wiseman andbehind the hotel and Valero. That's what I'm wondering what is being built.
