This is my favorite time of year to hit the Riverwalk... between the shop window decorations, the lights in the trees reflecting off the water, and all the happy people walking around smiling... there's no nicer place to be. Even though I go downtown frequently, I hadn't realized the river has already been extended into the new convention center/Hyatt area... very nice bridges, etc. I also love that downtown is so small - last week I walked from the river to Rosario's in Southtown to have dinner and it was less than a 10 minute walk. We really are fortunate to have such a beautiful downtown area.

Been to SA twice. Went to Riverwalk both times. Actually, we stayed on the riverwalk the second trip. It was great. The fiVe clan hopes to be residents soon. We want to see the rw during Christmas.
