I don't really like any of the magazines for SA because they all seem to be targeted at "ladies who lunch," meaning stay-at-home housewives with plenty of disposable income. There must be scores of advertisers clamoring to reach that market, since the magazines are all chock full of ads. I assume the audience thumbs through these magazines in the afternoon, since they're spending the morning hours watching "San Antonio Living" on WOAI-TV.
I have no need for jewelry, plastic surgery or new home furnishings, so I find everything I need in the Express-News. That's why I subscribe daily and Sunday.
