I've been home schooled since 4th grade, due to an anxiety disorder. It's calmed down over the years, but I still have it, but I'm going to a psychiatrist since I also have OCD and depressive episodes, so I wanna get help.

anyway, I wanna go to public school. I use to not care that I didn't go to public school. I don't get lonely, ever, which maybe some find weird but I just don't need people. I do like having fun with people tho. I wanna have more friends since I literally have none. I've been home, all these 5 years. My parents tell me to get involved in things where I'd meet people, but I don't want to.

but anyway, yeah, I wanna be more social now. My brother went to Jackson, and it looked like he had fun. I really regret not going to middle school and I'm going into 10th grade now. My brother is going into 9th so we'd be in the same school.

the thing is, we live in Lee's zone. And although I don't think Lee is a horrible school, I've heard Churchill is better and less "ghetto". I live about 12 minutes from Churchill by car.

could the bus come for me, or would my dad have to take me every day? Can you even go to a school that isn't in your zone, but same district(NEISD)

It might be possible.

NEISD School Choice | Guidelines

Transportation is your family's responsibility, though.

"Transportation will not be provided and is the responsibility of the parents/guardians for students on School Choice transfers."

As long as you live in the NEISD attendance area, you may choice to any school, as long as they are not capped and are accepting choice students. However, the school choice period is usually in February. On the other hand, if you are not currently enrolled in NEISD, you may still be able to choice. It is the campus principal's decision to accept or decline choice students.

You will not receive any transportation services, even to ride the bus home with a friend.

Contact NEISD Pupil Personnel : North East Independent School District about school choice for students who registered after the Feb 28th window.

BTW, once registered, you may want to see about implementing a 504 plan due to your anxiety disorder.
