Hi all,
Was thinking of bringing my two young teens to Sea World over spring break--we're in Dallas. Is it so crowded then that it wouldn't be worth it? Went to Disney World a few years ago over spring break and the crowds were miserable (tho the weather made up for it, a little bit). TIA

It is going to be very crowded at Sea World too during Spring Break. Same for Fiesta Texas.

I went to Disney World a few years ago for a very brief time and it seemed less crowded, although I didn't go during Spring Break. I hated the humid Florida weather though. It felt more humid than Texas.

However, this year, not all schools will have the same Spring Break, as in years past. Some will be off Mar 9-13, and some will be off Mar 16-21. So that should alleviate some of the crowding.

The good thing about Sea World is that a lot of the attractions are the shows - you don't have to wait in line, just get to the shows early for a seat. Look online the day before at the show schedule, and plan your day around the shows/time you want to attend. As pobre states, there are two different weeks of Spring Break this year, and Sea World is open every day both of those weeks. They must be expecting bigger crowds the week of 3/9 as they are open until 9 pm from 3/8 through 3/14. They are only open until 6 on weekdays the week of 3/16. If you are going the week of 3/9, I would recommend going from 12 - 9 and hitting the rides with the longer waits from 5-9 as the crowds will thin during this time. If you are going the week of 3/16, get there before it opens and hit the popular rides early.
