Any one know what is being built on Rogers and Wiseman across from Chase and the Hospital? Its in the same area so instead of starting a new thread figured to use this one?

It is a second Microsoft data center. There have been several articles in the EN about their expansion plans.

The Microsoft data center is in the NE corner of the Wisman and Rogers intersection and what I'm asking about is the SW corner.
