CW 35 is to the west of San Antonio. Most other stations are SE of San Antonio. ION 26 is also to the west of San Antonio, so I imagine if you aren't getting 35, you aren't getting 26, either. Both broadcast on the UHF band.

You would probably need a different antenna, the antenna mounted in a different location, or both.

I have a couple tvs on antenna and I find my reception depends on time of year. Half the year I get everything but KSAT and the other half of the year I get everything but KENS

I have two antennas on a shower curtain rod on the eave of my roof. The yagi antenna is facing NW and the Freevision antenna is E. I used a coupler to connect two cables to one.

According to this 35 is almost true North:

But if you are talking about KMYS "virtual channel" 35.1 (the CW network affiliate), the "real" broadcast channel is 32, which is showing to be NW, nearly the same direction as ION channel 26.1.

The virtual channel numbers and actual broadcast channel numbers do not always match.
