Noticed that Dos Hermanos Mexican restaurant has opened at 5282 Medical Dr #115. It replaces Sylvia's Buffet that was at that address for several years. The new restaurant is close to the location of the closed restaurant.

No, it's still vacant. I think that it might have been too small for Grimaldi's.

And has anyone seen the tent city in front of the new Chick-fil-a at Evans and 281? What people will do for free food!
