I just came by there and didn't even notice that they'd opened. I was checking out the construction right next door, though. I'm amazed that BOA is still going ahead with that branch.

I'll definitely be checking out the Goodwill store, though--I love those stores! I bought a used coffee maker there for $2 once--it's still working great. Sometimes you just have to time it right, but it's amazing what some people will throw/give away. And I'm not too proud--the coffee maker was just so we'd be able to have coffee at work! Beats buying a cup every morning.

So it's a BoA being built next to the Goodwill?

We need some serious updates here. Is Jurassic Park being built on the other side of 1604 across from Wal-Mart? The land area being cleared is huge.

What's up with Westwood Center? No clients at all? Not even one? If you guys want, I can call and ask if they'd pay us to come drink beer in one of the storefronts in order to draw attention.

Apartments on AR Drive are looking to be done soon. CVS on AR Drive is little more than the same sign that's been there for almost 1.5 years with no progress. Is the elementary school going to be built at Riverstone (DR Horton community)?

If anyone has a chainsaw that I can borrow, I'd like to cut down all the "for sale" signs around here so I can prolong the natural beauty of this area.

A collision center is being built next to the Pirate Cove. Yay! I'm sure I'd rather have a Dunkin Donuts or a bar, but I'm sure I'll use the collision center once or twice with the apartment complexes opening up soon.

Great Clips is going in the left side of the center as you head towards Wally World.

I can update that the new nail place by Home Depot has excellent customer service. Way better than the the nail place at AR.

Where?!?! I haven't been up by Culebra/1604 since before Christmas. I'm obviously missing a lot! Do they have a drop off?

By Walgreens and the bank. I'll have to check on the drop off tomorrow. I have some things I've been holding until they opened.

I haven't seen the Good Will store either and I drive there everyday . Just how do you get to it? From 1604 access or Culebra?? I come from 151 take 471 outside 1604 so I don't really pay much attention to that particular corner.

it's inside 1604, on the NE corner of the intersection. I think it's the fourth building inside the loop.
