That certainly is needed. That back up can be terrible, especially for those of us that don't eat fast food and are entering the shopping area bound for other stores.

To their credit, they do their best to get people through the drive-thru as quickly as possible during rush periods. We've been over there when they've had two lines going and the manager was out taking orders.
I simply think they didn't realize that business would be so good at that location; but I think with the opening of Raising Cane's it will drop off a bit from the competition. We love Chik-Fil-A but Raising Cane's is better in our opinion (and as Mom2Feebs said, it's because of their sauce!
).
And I would much rather have it than a Yack-In-The-Box. There's a Sonic just across the street that serves a similar "fare."
