Got a phone call from Sams Club this morning, wrong #, but I asked if they were going to build a location over here and she said they were told there is going to be 3 new locations but wouldn't tell them where.

Lennar Homes bought some land from Pulte inside Hill Country Retreat (Del Webb) and they are cutting the median to allow access into their homes. They will still be a part of Del Webb and should have gates to control access.

Buick dealership is open. The TX med clinic is opening this month, and Santikos put up a sign across from the Lowes parking lot.

Alamo Ranch is very new and in general new areas have chains and fast food.

When the area becomes more established more dining options at different price points will show up.

Two Step was fantastic the first couple of times we went but the last 3 times was mediocre at best. Such a shame because we had high hopes of it being the place for us on a regular basis. Love the history and atmosphere but the food just isn't as good as when it first opened IMO. Still love their fried pickles though

Agree, CR...the food was good, but they messed our order up on two different visits. We took out of town guests, so that didn't go over very well.

Dual drive-thru lane update just about completed at Chic-Fil-A Culebra!

That's always the worst when you're trying to show off a nice local place and the experience is a letdown.
