ahh, the letter "j", it's such a pain.. in the three languages I know it has three different sounds. I used to know a person whose last name was Jugo and she had Serb heritage. Serbia and all those other countries were part of what used to be Yugoslavia, which is actually spelled (in latinic) jugoslavia, becaue the j has a y sound in Serbo-Croatian. So most people would ask for Ms. Jugo in the English way...
