hello friends. I have been delivering loads to an oil site down south, and I've been passing thru some people's house that seem to hang turtles on fences, and live ones too, He had about 10 of them and recently added two more. They hang them out to dry and die is this considered animal abuse? or does it have to be cats and dogs they use as pets?

Please let me know, I cant stand to see defenseless turtles being killed like that.

Definitely weird, but maybe they planned on eating them and this is part of the process. That's my best guess. If your gut is telling you different, make a call to the authorities to have them check it out.

call animal control. theyd be the best bet for information on this.,

though if i were a betting man, id wager that hanging a live animal by a string on a fence is abuse at the least.
