Turnberry is the developer, last i heard was condos supposedly like 2 22 story towers but i really doubt that. But if it can happen anywhere outside of dt that would be pretty much one of the best places where it could work.

Oh but to be honest i hadn't heard of "Las Lomas" I thought the whole development was going to be known as Regal Hills including office/retail/residential...Maybe with the new name they've ditched the highrise condo idea..
