NORTH SAN ANTONIO HILLS UT-1 "POTRANCO/FM1604" ANNEXATION
Does anyone know or live in this little subdivision right outside 1604 and 151. Only two entrances off 1604, has bout hundred homes in it and I've found a couple for sale that I'm interested in, but was curious if anyone lives or knows of this little area.

I know a little about it (live on the other side of 1604 from it and kids have friends there). What info are you looking for?

FWIW, it's a neighborhood I'd seriously consider buying in. I like it. Traffic in and out kinda sux right now, tho.

I would consider buying in there also but it's a little out of my price range especially for the nicer homes. The houses are all unique and they all have large yards.

Yeah, the traffic in and out sux right now. I wonder if it'll be opened up at all with all the construction going on behind it??? If not, the 2 entrances in and out/only onto 1604 would grate on me. I like that most all of the houses are different, kinda semi-custom. Some of them are quite a bit older, tho, so you'd have to weigh that into your decision. Also, it IS in the city limits, so there are the typical pros/cons to that.

Right now it's zoned for Stevens HS, but I'd for sure guess that it'll be Brennan when the boundaries are established for that school. Probably will also be the new Alamo Ranch elementary and middle schools.

It's definitely a little unknown neighborhood. Pretty cool.

We have a couple friends living in that area...nice size lots, but HUGE taxes too...be sure that you take that into consideration now that they are annexed.

Friends of ours that built in there last year pay aprox $9K per yr taxes.
