Well...outside the local watering hole, you might have to order some in.
I found a link to a restaurant called Obrien's in Bergheim (up toward Ralph Fair Rd) that serves them. You might want to call the owner and ask where he gets them.

Try HEB central market, if they don't heve them, I'm sure they could get them. I seem to recall also seeing them sometimes at the regular HEBs too.
