Over the Christmas week, my wife and I had family over, and they brought up a good question. Along FM1560, there are numerous firework stations, and I was asked was it allowed in my subdivision, since they are selling them not to far from where we live. I said I didnt think so, but it got me thinking. I know of the safe zone to pop them out past FM 1560, near the talley road intersection. But I am unaware if it is allowed out here in the alamo ranch area. Anyone know?

As far as I know ... unless there is a total ban you can do it in the county, just not in the city. You can't sell them or even transport them into the city. Not sure about any HOA's.

They one thing I hate about neighbors shooting off stuff is they NEVER pick stuff up the next day. We always did fireworks in frount of our house but ALWAYS picked up our own mess. I didn't want it all over the next day.

Isn't all of AR outside SA? as in you don't pay SA taxes. If so, then yes, you can light them off for a certain number of days. However, if you do, please take Camper's advice and also feel free to stop at a decent time. I know my neighborhood will be lighting them off until around 2:00 AM and unfortunately there still isn't a law against rude stupidity...
