We're trying to find a parish home, as our local parish doesn't work for me due to the priest having an accent. One of our big concerns is the Religious Education for my daughter - I want a more traditional program.

Can you please post and let me know what textbook your parish is using and how well you like the program?

We're mainly looking at St. Pius X, St. Monica, or St. Mary downtown but I'm open to any others in the area.

My opinion is just enroll them at your local parish and supplement their instruction with traditional resources at home. However you may have good luck at St Pius X on Harry Wurzbach, since they have the Traditional Latin Mass there, and the priest seems to be friendly to trads (unlike most parishes).

Do you mean for CCD or do you mean actually attending the school?

For CCD. We are home schooling for school, but I was told that I'll still need to send her to CCD even though we cover the material in her regular lessons.
