We do have to worry about others to some extent. I don't drive a gas guzzler because I am trying to conserve resources for future generations. If you need a big truck for work, that is one thing. If you drive one just because you think it is cool, you are wasting gas.

Check out this beauty that I just found.
Big, loud, smoky and saves the Earth at the same time.

HAHAHA that's freakin' ridiculous! But it would make a great clown car!

Or you could somehow hook up a mower blade to the bottom and do the lawn.

And please spare us the lectures on saving the planet...that planet will save itself, long after we're all gone...

Cheers! M2

AAAAaaamen!

I'll continue to drive my gas guzzler with pride. Very fast pride.

If the Earth has been here millions of years, 70 years of cars won't even scratch the surface of it. To blame industry and legislate against everything that made this country great, just because it gives you a warm fuzzy is stupid and a disservice to humanity.

As long as I don't have to pay your gas .... I don't care.
I don't care about saving the Earth,
I only care about breathing air and drinking water that is not polluted and having trees to keep me from dying from a heat stroke.

But some people go so far to one side, that are offended by people planting trees or recycling glass bottles.

I applaud those that recycle. No issue - until they try to wear it like some "badge of honor". Because I've seen that recycled stuff going into landfills anyway because there's no market for it - sometimes, it costs more to reuse than it's worth. Do I wish it were otherwise? Sure - but it's kinda like anything else in life - you HAVE to be practical about things. If we were willing to put up with the odor, we could get by with one can of trash every 3-4 weeks, so we DO try to reuse things as much as possible, but sometimes folks simply go "over the top" with it (IMO). Again, that's cool - because it makes THEM feel better about their life, and that's fine. Just don't try to force me to do it that way, too.
Kinda like someone that is slowing traffic while in the center lane of traffic and then can't understand why folks might become upset.
