There are plenty of other apartments in this area, especially if the OP is willing to pay that much money. The 151 corridor would be an ideal place to look and there are also some nice ones in AR. My daughter is moving there in June and they are actually really affordable. Still trying to figure out the catch on that one..

BTW, perfection cannot be found in this city or state...

Oh, I know there are some great places in that area. I vaguely remember the OP needing a town home on a tightish budget so I don't know how easy that is anywhere in the city.

Might need additional info then. The only way the Westcreek Townhomes are affordable is if you qualify..

Ok. Now I am getting nervous. I don't have to have a townhome, just a 3 bedroom. My budget is under $900 a month. They told me the 3/2 townhome was $810 because I make too much money. What is the AR. Does anyone have names of apartments that I should be looking at? I have two kids one of which is still a baby and an 11 year old. I need safe that is for sure!

$810 for a 3BR townhome is a steal. I would go for it if I were you.......you're not going to find anything cheaper.

The price must have gone down because that former coworker told me they wanted $1200 for a 3 bedroom and that was back in 2005. My son's gf's mom lives there with her daughter and they haven't had an incident, but I personally would not stay there.
AR= Alamo Ranch and these are the apartments my daughter is moving in to: ALAMO RANCH | APARTMENT HOMES the price for the three bedroom is higher than my mortgage, though.. that's insane

Not likely!

Ask me later!

Absolutely!

Not to be mean, but there are no guarantees anywhere.
