Default hello

my husband and me are also considering the same area. 92880 zipcode. we are looking to build at sumner ranch. the home schools for this area of eastvale are eastvale elementary, river hieghts middle school and eleanor roosevelt high. i looked at the api scores for each, and the elementary school scored very well...and the middle and high school were moderate. we drove by and they are nice and new and right next door to each other which is convenient. all in all, i think it will be a nice place to live and ultimately a great place for families. Which community were you looking at specifically in eastvale? older home or new? the new home communities are offering some amazing buyer incentives!

harada Elementary is excellent. I have substituted at Rooselvelt High and that is a great school as well. I live and sub for the Corona-Norco school district and the district is awesome. Very supportive and has great teachers. I will warn you, though, the elementary and River Heights are on year round multitrack system. Rooselvelt is on traditional. If you prefer traditional, though, you might be able to get a transfer to Highland Elementary in Norco, which is going traditional next school year (09-10) The junior high in Norco is traditional as well.

Default Moving to Corona

thanks for the post this post is helpful

we are also considering moving to 92880 area most probably newer homes, schools are one of our biggest concern so one of this post is helpful. What are the advantages or upside for moving to Corona from say Pasadena area? Any feedback will be a big help. thanks

my husband and i went to school in eagle rock...we are very familiar with the pasadena area. we just moved to eastvale about 6 months ago. i think the biggest change from pasadena to eastvale will be your ability to SLOW DOWN. everything is slower in eastvale, a nice respite from the hustle n bustle.

the high school (rosevelt) is very nice. i don't know much about the middle school except it is pretty. the elementary school nearest the high school has pretty good test scores (better than elementary schools in northern eastvale) so i would probably try to get ur kids there. the area is very nice. people are pretty friendly and shopping is very suburban: calm yet active and masterplanned.

My name is Robert Attical and I own a home. My roomate Katie Lawrence is very fond of this area. I am not a parent and do not plan on having a family. She thinks it is a great place. I am leaving and returning to a family home. If any one is interested in renting or buying this home is 6876 estonian drive in sumner ranch. we will be selling the home and it is in a great area and great for family and kids and I honestly just dont want a family. Katie maybe looking for a man to establish a family with so you may stop by and just ask us or surrounding neighbors. Call 951-496-6694
