Hello everybody out there,
are there any Germans out here in Riverside Area/ Inland Empire ? We moved here to Colton and I would like to contact native German speaking people to socialize with for a monthly roundtable or something like that. I know that we Germans are spread pretty much all over this country, but here in Riverside? Lets see what you can do.....

kind regards

Irene[LEFT]

There is the Phoenix Club in Anaheim, not too far from you . It is a social club, restaurant pub, etc.

There is a German language newspaper

California Staatszietung to which you can subscribe

Click on this link for other resources/ social contacts for Germans in California

There is also a German Market/deli in Calimesa , on Calimesa Blvd. George's market. That would be a good place locally to fine the info you are looking for.

I know of a former neighbor that lives in the Colton area that was from Germany, but I haven't seen her for years. I am of considerable German ancestry.
