Does anybody know who the original home builders were for the houses near Deer Creek Park in Eastvale? It's the block just north of Schliesman and west of Archibald right next to Gypsum Creek Dr. The houses were built in 2007. I am curious because we put an offer in on a house right in that area, and I wanted get a little more information/data. Hopefully all you Eastvalers know your history =)

The homes in Stoneridge off Gypsum Creek were built by Pulte. The homes in Trenton Square off Kenton were built by Standard Pacific. Cimarron Trail, along 65th, was Trimark who then sold their undeveloped lots to Centex who then sold whatever they didn't develop to KB.
