Looking for some help, guidance or info on the area for housing. Any areas that anyone can open me up to maybe no more than 15 miles out. What's the electric, water, trash bill look like? What's the average range for a 1bed 1bath apt.

I've tried using Google to helps but some apts dont show rent prices unless you make appointments, and the ones I have are 1600$ or more. Coming from AZ I'm used to the 1000 to 1200$. Any help is good help, thanks in advance

Watch out for the virus, out there!

But, the beer is ok (with lime.)

OK, back to the area.

Beware of the air quality. It's not very good, compared to everywhere else in the region. If you're sensitive to particulates, then Corona is a great place to avoid.

The 91 is a parking lot mostly (before COVID-19.) The only other feeder is I-15. 8 lanes of traffic hauling butt. Unless there's LOT's of cars, then you'll crawl @ 6mph.

Based on your handle, you may have an F-car. Corona actually isn't a bad place to have an F-car, as long as you have a "daily." There are some fun roads that are empty, at 6am on Sat/Sunday. This is the time & place to "let the dogs out."

Property is fairly cheap in Corona, as compared to other areas. (Anything with the word "BEACH" is going to be pricey.)

LOT's of equestrian in Corona.

Norco is known as "Horse Heaven."

"15 miles out" of what?
