it's called Foxwood corporate apt in Chula Vista (on Palm st.)

Has anyone lived there?

I wonder how this place is and the area - safe, noisy, clean, good management, etc? I am looking for something to rent for short term (a month or so), furnished and needs to be near the mexican border. Their website sounds good but who knows.
OR if anyone knows better places, please do share.
thanks for your insights.

Lived there last Aug for 3 mo until we rented - closest to border w/o being unsafe. I am female with 2 kids so safety very important. Apt complex very clean and mgmt easy to deal with. Laundry fac on site is big so not too much wait if any. Was quiet last year until late oct and then military groups came through for a while getting settled. Actually planning to go back when lease up to stay until next relocation. If you can go up to Olympic and Eastlake to do shopping - grocery and Walmart a bit run down on Palm. Also HUGE outlet mall on San Ysidro exit towards border well worth shopping! It took me 3 months to find all the better stuff. Good luck -
