I've seen 700 sf 2 bedrooms. Nearly all of them in places of that vintage/style. Not that unusual, especially for places that were built way way back when.

I'd say it's worth a look, at least. Hell *I* may go look at it myself.

Yup. I live in a 500sf 1 bedroom (and I love it, BTW), so I know from tiny. Mine has a living and dining room, so if you added another 200 square feet and cut the dining room in half or eliminated it altogether you'd have enough room for another bedroom with 700 sf. If I didn't have such a good deal going at my current place I'd be all over those extra 200sf for $15 less than I currently pay

That street is part of a long walk I do sometimes, right near the park trails. Love this area. There'd be no parking included, but the price is still way off. It was listed for $1595 a couple weeks ago. That description is really pushing it to say it has a covered front porch!
