Which cable company is preferable, Comcast or Cox? I'm thinking about bundling tv,computer, and internet services.

All cable companies are riddled with major customer service problems. One of the major issues is that agents simply do not have the proper training (which is understandable in a high turnover industry that pays only 10-12 dollars an hour). But in their defense it's difficult to keep track of the many promotions that last for six months, one year, three months etc....receiver and DVR service fees, prorations every time you need to make changes to your service that only make your bill more confusing than it already is. Fees for this, fees for that. No-show appointments, service interruptions..the list goes on. Bottom line.. cable companies suck.

They are all equally bad, with bad service. AT&T is just a touch better, but not by much.

I wouldn't use ATT again if it was free.

I put in my old address for service, and the website said that it didn't exist.
