You're all lucky to have nice weather, we can't seem to shake winter this year, today's high was 51.

100 with smokey air is not nice weather. Or were you referring to another post?

I read the first 4-5 posts and there was no mention of smokey air. Sorry about the fires, hope they get them under control.

The weather is odd in many places. It's never 95 near the ocean in SD, and surely not in May. But while it's dry and hot in SD, i have a few friends up near Chicago and they had some snow flurries this morning.

It's a really nice evening so far. Sitting on the back deck enjoying this and thinking about the madness this past week. Pretty intense events. Those firefighters are amazing.

Best. Summer. Ever.

I've been gone for most of the month, so it was nice to come back to the warm days/nights, moderate dew points and warm ocean water temps. So bummed I missed the thunderstorms earlier this week, though.

If you are looking for drier air, might want to head to New Orleans, DC or St Louis

And look at those water temps!
